How long have you been in business?

Grandview Auctions has been operating online auctions and consignment since 2013. We look forward to many more years of auction service for our clients.

Where are you located?

We are located in historic Astoria, Oregon! We service all 50 states.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We are a licensed LLC out of the state of Oregon. We also have liability insurance. Please contact us if you need a copy of our insurance policy. 

Where can I bid on your auctions?

All our online timed auctions are through Live Auctioneers. You will find all our past and future auctions here. 

What is your buyer's premium?

Most auctions have a buyers premium of 20%. All our premiums will be listed on each auction and lot.

Can I ask questions about an item before bidding?

Absolutely! If you’d like additional details or photos, just reach out—we’re happy to provide more information.

What if I change my mind after winning an item?

All auction sales are final, so please bid with confidence. If you have questions before bidding, don’t hesitate to ask.

How do I know if my items are a good fit for your auctions?

We specialize in books, photographs, prints, ephemera, and coins. If you’re unsure, just send us photos and a brief description—we’ll happily review and guide you.

How will my items be marketed?

Each piece is professionally photographed, described, and featured in our online catalog (On Live Auctioneers), promoted to collectors nationwide and beyond.

How do I get my items to you?

You can ship them directly to us or, in some cases, we can arrange pickup or delivery depending on location and collection size.

Are my items safe once I consign them?

Yes—your items are fully cataloged, tracked, and cared for until the auction concludes and they’re shipped to buyers. We also maintain an insurance policy. (Errors & Omissions Insurance)

How do I register to bid?

You can easily register through our Live Auctioneers platform before the auction begins. Registration is free and only takes a few minutes. We encourage customers to register early for best results.

What if my item doesn’t sell?

We’ll discuss options with you, such as re-listing in a future auction or returning the item.
